Fire Service Functional Fitness (3 Sessions a Week)

12 Weeks: $35

This 12 week Functional Fitness Program is specifically developed for Firefighters and First Responder alike that are limited to only training 3 times a week for 60 Minutes. Designed to be a never ending training program, we use progressive overload and VO2 Max calculators to allow for never ending development.

Fire Service Aerobic Fitness (3 Sessions a week)

8 Weeks: $30

This 8 week Aerobic Base Program is specifically developed for Firefighters and First Responders alike that are limited to only training 3 times a week for 30-45 minute sessions. We use progressive overload and VO2 Max Calculators to allow for continuous development. 

This program is recommended to individuals that currently average: 4-8 Miles a week of running.

***This program is easily modifiable***

Fire Service Intermediate Aerobic Fitness (5 Sessions a week)

12 Weeks: $35

This 12 week Aerobic Base Program is specifically developed for Firefighters and First Responders alike that have both the time and physical capacity to train 5 times a week for 30-75 minute sessions. We use progressive overload and VO2 Max Calculators to allow for continuous development. 

This program is recommended to individuals that currently average: 10-15 Miles a week of running.

***This program is easy to modify, but to get the full progression NOT recommended***

Fire Service - "Every Day an Asset Plan" (16 Weeks)

16 Weeks: $45

This 16 week every day programming is specifically developed for Firefighters and First Responders that have both the facilities and physical capacity to train 6-8 times a week for 45-75 Minutes each session. Designed to be a never ending training program, we use progressive overload and VO2 Max calculators to allow for never ending development. This program is designed to be completed, and restarted - proper tracking allows for continuous development and maintaining the standard of an well rounded physical asset to any department, agency or organization. 

Facility Requirements: 

  • Barbell
  •  Flat Bench 
  • Squat Rack 
  • Pull - up Bar 
  • Kettle Bells
