Fire Service Functional Fitness (3 Sessions a Week)

This 12 week Functional Fitness Program is specifically developed for Firefighters and First Responder alike that are limited to only training 3 times a week for 60 Minutes. Designed to be a never ending training program, we use progressive overload and VO2 Max calculators to allow for never ending development.

Fire Service Aerobic Fitness (3 Sessions a week)

This 12 week Aerobic Base Program is specifically developed for Firefighters and First Responders alike that are limited to only training 3 times a week for 45-60 minute sessions. We use progressive overload and VO2 Max Calculators to allow for continuous development. 

This program is recommended to individuals that currently average: 4-10 Miles a week of running.
